Urban Fleming, MS-PFP, CFP®

Urban started helping families pursue their financial goals in 2013 as an agent at New York Life. He specializes in financial and retirement planning and can assist clients as a fiduciary in advisory relationships, broker or life/health insurance agent. Urban incorporates behavioral finance into customized investment strategies to help manage emotion and stress.

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and has a Master of Science degree in personal financial planning and a Bachelor of Science degree in supervision and management. He earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation and Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations, currently held through LPL Financial.

Urban serves on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Council on Aging and was appointed to the Town of Callahan’s Zoning and Planning Board for two years starting 2018.  He serves on the Nassau County Economic Development board of directors and was previously an adjunct instructor for investment exam prep at a local college. 

Urban enjoys working on his small tree farm, shooting sports as well as training Jiu Jitsu.
